Respondents say Mexican trucks top issue for truckers
The Trucker readers say Mexican trucks crossing into U.S. most critical issue facing the industry.

LITTLE ROCK — According to a recent poll of truckers who responded to a question on TheTrucker.com, the Mexico border crossing program is the most critical issue facing the trucking industry today.
Given four options of issues facing the industry — Mexican trucks, Hours of Service, EOBRs and highway congestion — 42.3 percent of the 383 respondents said Mexican trucks was the top issue.
Here is the complete response:
Mexican trucks — 42.3 percent
Highway congestion — 27.7 percent
Hours of Service — 25.6 percent
EOBRs — 4.4 percent
This week’s question deals with anti-idling laws.
