JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Landstar System Inc., which provides logistics services, said Wednesday third-quarter earnings rose 12 percent as revenue grew in most of its business areas.
Net income climbed to $32.8 million, or 62 cents per share, from $29.3 million, or 54 cents per share, a year ago.
Revenue rose 15 percent to $732.6 million from $634.8 million last year.
