MHF Trucking & Drayage opens Worcester, Mass., terminal

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — MHF Logistical Solutions Trucking & Drayage Division, an owner-operator network offering drayage and trucking services, has opened a terminal in Worcester, Mass., the company reports.

“We are very excited about the opening of the Massachusetts terminal and look forward to working with the Worcester community to create jobs and rapidly expand the business,” Tom Piatak, president and CEO of MHF Holdings Company, said. “Massachusetts is a key, Northeastern U.S. logistics hub, and it makes good economic sense to open a terminal in this logistics community.”

MHF Trucking & Drayage’s partner company, MHF Logistical Solutions, Inc., has operated a truck-to-rail transload facility in Worcester since 1998.

MHF Trucking & Drayage’s services range from local pick-ups and deliveries to highway services including over-the-road, regional, premium and door-to-door. All services are supported by an operations and customer support center providing local dispatch, customer interface and management. The center uses the Trinium Transportation Management System to manage the entire intermodal process from order through fulfillment.
