DOWNERS GROVE, Ill. — Concert Group Logistics (CGL) reports the opening of its Louisville, Ky., station in October under the leadership of Chuck Evans. A thirty-five year veteran of the logistics industry, Evans has extensive experience in all areas of transportation logistics, having operated his own start-up company, Ship and Shop, for several years, CGL said. Evans has also worked for United Parcel Service and Roadway Global Air among others.

CGL’s new Louisville station, with a staff boasting 58 years of combined industry experience, is uniquely positioned to deliver tailored services to projects of all dimensions, according to the company.

“We pride ourselves on our ability to work closely with clients to deliver extensive plans customized for their exact transportation needs,” said Evans. “Several of our projects include shipping oversized items, such as cranes and fork lifts, overseas. Our hands-on approach is applied to all clients no matter the shape or size. There is no one-size-fits-all here.”
