OKLAHOMA CITY — Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores Inc., which operates more than 200 travel stops and convenience stores in more than 30 U.S. states, has signed a 10-year extension to their exclusive agreement with Pegasus TransTech, which provides document scanning services through its truck stop network.

Pegasus TransTech and Love’s Travel Stops first teamed up as partners in January 2004 to offer their fleet customers same-day access to delivery documents.

With TRANSFLO Express, drivers simply hand their trip documents to a trained fuel desk attendant for scanning. In seconds, these documents are delivered electronically to the fleet for immediate billing and payroll processing, according to Pegasus TransTech.

TRANSFLO Express is designed to help Pilot service their customers’ document delivery needs in an innovative way that has reduced the costs associated with billing and payroll.

“The Love’s business model continues to make our organization a leader in the truck stop business and Pegasus TransTech is one of those partners that we have worked with to achieve that goal,” said Dave Frankenfield, director of marketing for Love’s. “The popularity of truck stop scanning continues to attract both customers and prospects to Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores and provides the most efficient document delivery system in the truck stop industry today.”

Pegasus TransTech, based in Tampa, Fla., provides in-house and out-sourced imaging systems that streamline billing, collections, payroll, A/P, driver qualifications and other paper-intensive processes for the trucking industry.
