J.B. Hunt chairman sells 1 million shares

NEW YORK — The chairman of freight transport company J.B. Hunt Transport Services Inc. sold about 1 million shares of common stock, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
In a Form 4 filed with the SEC Friday, Earl Wayne Garrison reported he sold the shares Wednesday for $28.25 apiece.
Insiders file Form 4s with the SEC to report transactions in their companies' shares. Open market purchases and sales must be reported within two business days of the transaction.
