FleetPride acquires Oklahoma Truck Supply

THE WOODLANDS, Texas —FleetPride Inc. reported Tuesday that the independent aftermarket heavy-duty truck parts distributor is expanding its national reach with the acquisition of Oklahoma Truck Supply in Tulsa, Okla.

“Oklahoma Truck Supply was chosen for several reasons. They have a solid 30-plus year reputation in Tulsa. Prior to this expansion, FleetPride had four branches in Oklahoma — one in Del City and three in Oklahoma City — and one in Little Rock, Ark., but nothing in between. With this acquisition, FleetPride will shorten the gap between our Central Region branches. This in turn means faster sourcing for hard to find and specialty parts and more efficient delivery,” said Lee Stockseth, Central Region vice president.

FleetPride Inc. supplies truck and trailer parts and service through more than 160 locations in 35 states and carries a full line of nationally recognized brand name parts, as well as an assortment of private brand parts. In addition, FleetPride offers in-house remanufactured products such as brake shoes, transmissions, rear axles and driveline components. Truck and trailer repair services are also offered at a number of locations.
