Schneider National picks up three awards for service from Lowe’s

GREEN BAY, Wis.Schneider National Inc. was recently honored by Lowe’s Companies Inc. with three awards for exceptional customer service, including the home improvement retailer’s Outstanding Customer Service Team Award. The award recognizes the top-performing truckload and intermodal carrier from Lowe’s pool of more than 200.

All awards were presented during Lowe’s annual Carrier Conference in Wilkesboro, N.C.

Lowe’s selected Schneider National as its Outstanding Customer Service Team based on firsthand feedback from their transportation team members (load planners, analysts and transportation managers) and an evaluation of key metrics: service performance, electronic data interface (EDI) compliance, load acceptance and ease of doing business.

Schneider’s other accolades include Lowe’s first-ever EDI Award, which was presented to just five partner carriers for superior performance of their EDI system. Lowe’s also recognized Schneider’s on-time delivery record of 99.3 percent with a Silver Service award.
