Carrier Transicold launches new Web site for Priority Card members

ATHENS, Ga. — Carrier Transicold has launched a new Web site for its Priority Card holders, giving customers and dealers instant access to helpful information to manage their accounts.

According to Joe Hock, Carrier Transicold national service manager, the new site, www.carrierprioritycard.com, provides around-the-clock access to billing and account information. Much like online banking sites, the Priority Card site provides access to balances, transaction history and more. A password-protected login provides security.

Hock said fleet managers could use the site to download billing statements and to search for, and drill down into, information about purchases.

For Carrier Transicold dealers, the site offers access to reimbursement summaries and line-item sales data. A site tool increases the efficiency of authorizing Priority Card transactions.

“Now in its ninth year, Carrier’s Priority Card program continues to lead the transportation industry as one of the most successful national account programs of its kind,” Hock said.

The Priority Card program provides purchasing controls and nationwide ”not-to-exceed” pricing, as well as detailed, consolidated billing statements.

Carrier’s premium program, the Priority Gold Card, provides automatic, 2 percent rebates on Carrier Transicold parts purchases and additional rebates for other special parts promotions.
