Accuride, Chrome Shop Mafia, Navistar unveil ‘Serious Bizness’

DALLAS — Accuride Corp., along with Chrome Shop Mafia and Navistar,have unveiled “Serious Bizness” at the Great American Trucking Show here.
“Serious Bizness,” a 2005 International CXT 4 x 4, was provided by Navistar and customized by Chrome Shop Mafia for Accuride. Chrome Shop Mafia’s latest tricked out truck features:
- A custom exterior clad with custom camouflage paint, roof rack, lights, side steps, Accuride Duplex aluminum wheels, and off-road tires
- A diamond plate interior with Bostrom CSM logo seats
- A 4,500 watt sound system
“We greatly appreciate the generosity of Navistar and the creativity and skills of Chrome Shop Mafia,” said Rick Schomer, Accuride's senior vice president of sales and marketing. “This is a great example of how our products can be retrofit onto a vehicle to offer a truly custom look.”
“We had a lot of fun working on ‘Serious Bizness,’” said Bryan Martin of CSM. “The truck came off looking powerful, aggressive, and is a real off-roaders’ dream.”
Immediately following GATS, “Serious Bizness” will begin a 15-month tour with stops at the industry’s major trucking and trade shows. At the conclusion of the tour, “Serious Bizness” will be auctioned-off for charity.
“We were excited with the opportunity to have one of our CXTs customized by Chrome Shop Mafia,” said Randy Oetting, Navistar Truck Group’s Director, Pricing and Product Strategy. “I think ‘Serious Bizness’ is going to generate some serious excitement and will ultimately provide a great benefit for a charitable organization.”
