FleetPride acquires Truck & Trailer Supply Inc.

THE WOODLANDS, Texas — Independent aftermarket truck and trailer parts distributor FleetPride Inc. has acquired Truck & Trailer Supply Inc., the company reports. Truck & Trailer Supply has locations in Artesia and Roswell, New Mexico.

Truck & Trailer Supply’s Mark Peterson, who has been with the company since 1981, will continue as manager for the acquired New Mexico operations.

“Much of FleetPride’s future growth will be fueled by expansion into markets where we currently do not have representation. By seeking out companies such as Truck & Trailer Supply that have a strong existing client base, we can rapidly expand our national footprint,” said Mike Paxton, FleetPride vice president of business development and strategic planning. “We are currently evaluating similar opportunities all across the U.S.”

FleetPride Inc. operates 177 locations in 38 states and carries a full line of nationally recognized brand name parts, as well as an assortment of private brand parts. In addition, FleetPride offers in-house remanufactured products such as brake shoes, transmissions, rear axles and driveline components. Truck and trailer repair services are also offered at a number of locations.
