Diesel up less than a penny to $2.808

After three consecutive weeks of increasing, the U.S. weekly retail on-highway diesel price rose just $0.007 to $2.808 cents a gallon. The price is down just $0.280 from the same week last year.
The only region to show a decrease this week was the Midwest (-$0.004) which had a price of $2.786 per gallon after the fall.
California had the most expensive diesel at $2.910 per gallon, which was up $0.006 from last week, and down $0.083 from the same week last year.
The Gulf Coast region was lowest in price at $2.749, which was up $0.009 from last week.
