Kenworth Truck Co. and Peterbilt Motors Co., both PACCAR companies, announced today they would return to the Mid-America Trucking Show next year.
Both companies, citing the economy, did not participate in the 2009 show.
“The Mid-America Trucking Show offers an excellent forum to showcase new Peterbilt truck models, PACCAR engines, and new services from PACCAR Financial and PACCAR Parts for 2010,” Bill Jackson, Peterbilt general manager, and Bill Kozek, Kenworth general manager said in separate news releases.
The show is scheduled March 25-27, 2010, at the Kentucky Exposition Center in Louisville.
PACCAR is a global technology company that designs, manufactures and provides customer support for high-quality light-, medium- and heavy-duty trucks under the Kenworth, Peterbilt and DAF nameplates.
Kenworth is headquartered in Kirkland, Wash. Peterbilt’s headquarters are at Denton, Texas.
PACCAR also provides financial services and information technology and distributes truck parts related to its principal business.
