FleetPride acquires Pro Truck & Trailer Supply

THE WOODLANDS, Texas — FleetPride Inc., the nation’s largest independent aftermarket distributor of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts, has acquired the assets of Pro Truck & Trailer Supply Inc. This represents FleetPride’s 15th location in Texas. The acquisition includes a 21,000 square foot retail and warehouse facility in Lubbock, Texas.

“Lubbock has a well-established economy with thriving agriculture and oil field services markets. As the economic center of the region, it is a perfect expansion market for FleetPride,” said Lee Stockseth, vice president operations and central region general manager for FleetPride.

FleetPride Inc. operates 187 locations in 39 states and carries a full line of nationally recognized brand name parts, as well as an assortment of private brand parts. In addition, FleetPride offers in-house remanufactured products such as brake shoes, transmissions, rear axles and driveline components. Truck and trailer repair services are also offered at a number of locations.
