LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — The Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department says lanes of westbound Interstate 30 in Little Rock will be closed periodically for a resurfacing project.

The department says crews will be resurfacing I-30 westbound between 65th Street and just west of Geyer Springs Road in Little Rock. The work will reduce westbound traffic to 2 and occasionally 1 lane.

The closures will be through Saturday morning, Oct. 12, between 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. each day, weather permitting.

Traffic will be controlled using cones and warning signs.
