N. Arizona highway closed due to pavement buckle

PAGE, Ariz. — The Arizona Department of Public Safety says U.S. 89 is closed in both directions south of Page because of a pavement problem.
The DPS says that's because of what it describes as a "pavement buckle."
According to a DPS spokesman, Department of Transportation is trying to determine the cause of the buckle.
