NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Arkansas State Police officials say the eastbound and westbound lanes of Interstate 40 in North Little Rock could be blocked for four hours because of a crash and fire involving a tractor-trailer.
Police said Thursday afternoon that the tractor-trailer caught fire on the westbound side of I-40 near the Crystal Hill exit.
Little Rock television station KATV (http://bit.ly/WNma4M ) says another accident was reported near the scene of the tractor-trailer accident in the eastbound lanes of I-40.
