LAS VEGAS — David Nissenberg, author of the book, “Law of Commercial Trucking,” has published three EZ Guides to trucking laws and regulations in the United States.

The guides are published in both English and Spanish on colorful, laminated sheets of paper suitable for carrying in the visor or side pocket in the cab.

The guides include:

• Trucker’s Guide to the Federal Motor Carrier Regulations

• Motor Carrier’s Guide to the Federal Motor Carrier Regulations, and

• Guide to Laws Protecting Trucker’s Rights.

“The guides are the new way forward in trucking,” Nissenberg said. “In this fast-paced world, truckers and motor carriers should have finger-tip access to the important safety regulations rather than having to dig through the unfamiliar pages of a 700-page book, particularly when time is of the essence.”

Nissenberg’s “Law of Commercial Trucking,” now in its third printing, is consider within the industry as one of the definitive texts of the subject of trucking laws.

Nissenberg is a national lecturer on trucking law and during more than 30 years of active practice has represented hundreds of truckers and trucking companies covering almost every aspect of trucking.

Nissenberg said he created the EZ Guides to help truckers and motor carriers have access to an understandable presentation of a complicated topic in the most driver-friendly and motor-carrier friendly quick and easy reference guide.

“I firmly believe these guides will reduce preventable accidents and the uncertainty of rules and regulations,” he said.

The guides are priced according to volume purchased and begin at $4.95 per guide.
