Toll refunds now available through Louisiana treasury

JEFFERSON, La. — Motorists looking to get refunds on their Crescent City Connection toll tags can now apply through the Louisiana Department of Treasury.

Voters rejected the toll renewal in May and the refunds are for customers who had balances remaining on their pre-paid toll tags.

Citizens who have not yet claimed their account balances can visit, download a GeauxPass Toll Refund Claim Form and mail it along with a copy of their driver's license to:

They can also contact the treasury department's Unclaimed Property division at 888-925-4127 or email the office at, to request a refund.

Officials said Tuesday that the deadline to claim a refund is June, 30, 2014.
