TransAlive services discounted until May 1

Due to increased cost of operation, TransAlive USA has found it necessary to increase membership rates for our air service, the AmCoach, and our Last Flight Home program. Starting May 1, 2014 memberships will increase.
“For the last 3 years, we have been able to curtail our increased costs and in most cases absorb the cost without an increase. However, the cost of fuel for air has increased significantly,” Bob Hataway, founder of TransAlive, said in a news release. “Although rates have already increased, I am happy to announce that you can still get the current rates until May 1, 2014.”
The annual membership fee covers if a driver is injured or deceased that the person or body will be taken home via a med-flight or commercial flight. Drivers can also take the AmCoach home as well for certain injuries.
According to the news release, drivers can save over 20 percent for the Individual plan by joining now. Use the code TRANSALIVE online when enrolling to receive discounted rates.
The Last Flight Home program will go to $45 after May. The new membership rate will be $230 for the air service, $45 for the Last Flight Home and the AmCoach for a total of $275 individual plan and $375 per family plan.
If a driver joins before May 1, TransAlive will waive the Last Flight Home membership option making the total membership including the air service, Last Flight Home and the AmCoach for $215 for the individual plan. Family plans with Last Flight Home and AmCoach will remain at $310 until May as well.
Drivers interested in signing up can go to airambulancecard.com using the code TRANSALIVE or call our office 817-320-0567 to ensure your savings. It will be necessary to use the code to receive the discounted rates and the Last Flight Home along with the AmCoach program.
“Remember ObamaCare is not going to get you home. It will be your responsibility or the responsibility of your company to get you home,” Hataway said. “Don't cause your family any greater anxiety with arrangements to get you home than your current health needs. We can help you.”
