EAU CLAIRE, Wis. — A FedEx trailer went up in flames along Interstate 94 near Eau Claire.

The fire closed all lanes of the interstate at Highway 37 about midnight. The right westbound lane opened about 3 a.m. Wednesday.

The State Patrol says the FedEx driver slammed into a guardrail, disconnecting one trailer and igniting a second one. That trailer was destroyed.

WEAU-TV (http://bit.ly/TT8oTE ) reports the driver of the semi wasn't seriously hurt.
