Neenah, WI — To support the growth of its technology solutions, J. J. Keller, a leader in safety and regulatory compliance, has promoted Randy Thome to the newly created position of vice president of Technology Services.
Since joining the company in 1996, Thome has led the development and operational teams responsible for many of J. J. Keller’s online services and technology solutions. In his new role, Thome will lead the company’s combined technology services unit. This unit operates over a dozen online services — including Encompass, KellerOnline, and Prospera — covering J. J. Keller’s three core markets of transportation, workplace safety and human resources, Keller officials said.
“During Randy’s tenure with the company, our technology capabilities have evolved greatly from primarily desktop software to mobile, cloud- and hardware-based solutions,” said Rustin R. Keller, executive vice president & COO. “Randy has been integral in advancing our technology capabilities, as well as shaping our electronic logging strategy, and I’m excited to see what he’ll accomplish in his new role.”
The company’s technology focus is a direct response to customers’ demand for online information and tools to help make their jobs easier. Thome will play a pivotal role in evolving J. J. Keller’s technology to ensure continued customer satisfaction.
