In an effort to recruit some of the best drivers in the industry and offer additional support to their customer base, Maverick Transportation recently announced they plan to hire over 100 new drivers throughout Arkansas, Southern Missouri, areas in Tennessee west of Nashville, and areas in Kentucky west of Louisville.

This growth is being fueled by an increase in business and diversification of freight, including a new temperature controlled division that will open in May.

“We have opportunities for drivers in several different divisions including flatbed, specialized, dedicated, and now refrigerated which has the most immediate need for professional truck drivers,” said Director of Recruiting Brad Vaughn.

“By expanding our hiring area and our freight mix, more drivers will have the opportunity to join the best flatbed carrier in the industry,” said Maverick’s President and COO, Stephen Selig.
