KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Pilot Flying J will be sharing the company's recent upgrades and new product offerings with the Great American Trucking Show audience August 25-27 in booth No. 19039.

Pilot Flying J has worked to make the lives of professional drivers easier on the road with the introduction of a new MyPilot mobile app, enhanced Wi-Fi, an updated website, and credit offerings for fleets, according to Ken Parent, Pilot Flying J president.

In July, Pilot Flying J introduced the MyPilot mobile app, which was developed based on feedback and input received from professional drivers.

The new app puts the power of a fleet management team in the palm of a driver's hand, Parent said.

Some of the key features of the app include:

• Real-time fuel lane availability status updates

• Mobile payment fueling options with stored card information

• In-app fuel receipts

• Instant access to loyalty points

• Parking availability, and

• Route mapping and travel center locator.

Coming soon will be the ability to make parking and shower reservations.

“We keep a close eye on technology updates and innovations,” Parent said. “The trucking and transportation industry keeps this country moving, and should have the latest technology tools. We're excited to provide offerings that can help a driver easily access information that can create more efficiencies for them, giving them more time to spend on themselves.”

Understanding the importance of being connected while on the road, Pilot Flying J also invested in a completely overhauled Wi-fi network across most travel center locations, Parent said, adding that when drivers pull into a Pilot Flying J location, they can count on having Wi-fi that will allow them to get online, stream movies, play games, or connect with loved ones.

“Drivers are the backbone of the trucking industry, as well as huge influencers on the economy,” said Parent. “We're committed to offering them the types of services and products that will make the difficult jobs they do a little easier. When they pull into one of our travel centers, we want them to feel as comfortable as possible."

Pilot Flying J has also unveiled the company's newly upgraded website.

The new site is designed to create a more streamlined, and user-friendly experience, including:

• Real time loyalty rewards updates

• Prime parking reservation options

• Diesel fuel pricing updates

• Fuel savings for fleets

• PJ Fresh menu updates and nutrition facts, and

• Information on the newest Pilot Flying J locations.
