PretripMaster.com offers instruction for prospective CDL holders

CHICAGO — PretripMaster.com offers a system designed to take truck driving students from CDL permit to employment.

The 360-degree walk around with 25-plus interactive inspection points includes brakes, reflectors, shocks, mounts, tie-downs, fuel tanks, exhaust, drive shaft, doors, tie coupling, catwalks, latches and the kingpin.

The system program will remove tires for a detailed view of undercarriage and suspension with complete transparency and provide the online ability to crouch under the trailer to check fifth wheel connection points, landing gear and trailer bed.

The engine compartment component of the training shows an open hood view of belts, hoses, oil, coolant, fluids, electrical and air lines.

There is a program that offers a unique steering system and front suspension views and one that shows the complete air brake system animation including air distribution to trailer supply systems

Students have access to interactive computer simulated air leak and brake test.

There are study guides and practice for final exams and there is the capability to upload and customize newsletters, schedules and announcements.
