TEMECULA, Calif. — Scrubblade, the maker of vehicle windshield wipers, has reached agreements with both Pilot Flying J and Love’s stores to market an additional product line in service stations nationwide.
Pilot Flying J currently operates 550 roadside locations and Love’s has 300 locations.
The agreement is a milestone for Scrubblade, which continues to expand its product marketing beyond its Southern California base, according to CEO Bill Westbrook.
In recent months Costco, PepBoys and Bomgaars have also agreed to display the company’s products.
“Our Scrubblade Heavy Duty wiper blades are now in over 2,500 stores nationwide,” Westbrook said. “These new marketing agreements add a new product line: our Scrubblade Platinum wiper blades.”
Westbrook said the company’s year on year sales are up by 30 percent.
Scrubblade wipers are top rated for performance by the prestigious Akron Rubber Development Labs, and have won various other automotive industry product awards including the Popular Mechanics SEMA Editor’s Choice Award, Westbrook noted.
“The Scrubblade Platinum utilizes our patented scrubbing feature along with a Hi-Beam style wiper blade frame, superior in winter weather, with multiple adapters included in the box to ensure over ninety-nine percent vehicle fitment,” he said. “In addition to positive social media feedback, winning more retail shelf space reflects the positive market reaction to our superior products, and we couldn't be more pleased.”
Along with windshield wipers Scrubblade markets, Rain B Gone, Fog B Gone and Scrubblade Wiper Tablets, an environmentally friendly cleaning solution that captured an AAPEX Making it Better award.
