TEMECULA, Calif. — Scrubblade, a provider of windshield wipers, has announced the re-launch of its Platinum Scrubblade scrubbing wipers.

The newly redesigned model provides drivers with superior scrubbing, insect, road debris and excess water removal, according to Scrubblade CEO Billy Westbrook, who added that the new design features rubber and steel in place of plastic to ensure superior durability and functionality in all weather conditions.

“When we launched our Platinum product in 2012, we knew it was different than anything else on the market, and we couldn’t have anticipated the tremendous positive response from customers,” Westbrook said. “When you think about it, and most people don’t think about their wiper blades until it rains or snows, this advanced design provides the most safety you can get to ensure proper driving visibility and wiper durability.”

Westrbrook said Platinum Scrubblade provides superior scrubbing, removing rain and road debris simultaneously.

It also features a rubber frame cover for superior performance in ice and snow. Its nano-coating ensures quiet, smooth wipes and extends blade longevity, he said. With included adaptors, the Platinum Scrubblade fits over 99 percent of vehicles.

Scrubblade offers two unique options in quality windshield wipers — the newly redesigned and re-launched Platinum model and the heavy-duty model.

Patented design improves on the single squeegee model of ordinary wipers by featuring hundreds of raised, triangular scrubbers along the outside of each blade. These scrubbers provide a texture difference along the wiper to break up bugs and debris and whisk them away. Another inside trailing blade then squeegees away water and clears any remaining debris.

“The Akron Rubber Development Laboratory conducted independent testing of five of the top wiper blade competitors, including Scrubblade. Scoring a 92.5 out of 100-percent clarity, Scrubblade scored 32.5-points higher than its closest competitor.

Scrubblade can be found at automotive retailers throughout the country including Pilot Travel Centers, Love’s, American Fleet Supply, Amazon.com and at www. Scrubblade.com. The original heavy duty Scrubblade fits about 80-percent of all vehicles and comes with one universal adapter. With double blade design, and the triangular scrubbers, it delivers a clean like no other wiper blade.

The improvements made to the Platinum Scrubblade were also applied to this popular wiper model. The company also offers Fog B Gone Liquid, Rain B Gone Liquid, Scrubblade Wiper Tablets, and H.D. model pin adaptors.
