ANN ARBOR, Mich. — TNT and Con-way Inc. said Monday they will expand their ties by offering a new export freight-shipping service.

The new service for heavier shipments will include road pickup and delivery in Europe and the United States, connected by air service. It will expand intercontinental service that the two companies launched last April.
