McLEAN, Va. — Ernest Dandridge Carrier Design Services has developed removable, self-contained, hydraulic auto transport decking systems for use in empty, 102-inch swing door, Kentucky trailer vans.

“New or many existing empty Kentucky drop frame/electronics van trailers can become an instant enclosed car hauler to transport trailer loads of vehicles,” company owner Ernest Dandridge said. “The modulated equipment can be moved in and out of these Kentucky trailers or remain in the van as desired.”

The upper hydraulic decks of the proprietary equipment go flat down to the van floor or raise and pivot on any angle desired.

Straps and chains can be used for securement.

“This is a unique level of adjustability and flexibility for enclosed car hauling,” Dandridge said. “This mechanically simple equipment allows for lighter weight tractor trailer loads of enclosed vehicles in respect to truckers' overall gross weight considerations and fuel economy as well as simplicity for operator use and future maintenance.

Several configurations are available.
