National average diesel prices rose for the fifth consecutive week, with all 10 of the Energy Information Administration’s (EIA) reporting regions showing increases for the week ending November 13. The national average on-highway price stood at $2.915 per gallon, a 3.3-cent increase from last week’s $2.882 and a jump of 13.9 cents since October 9.
