SAN ANTONIO, Texas, June 25, 2014 — Rush Enterprises, Inc. (NASDAQ: RUSHA & RUSHB), which operates the largest network of commercial vehicle dealerships in North America announced that as part of its Rush Truck Centers partnership with Stewart-Haas Racing (SHR), three-time NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Champion Tony Stewart will drive the No.14 Rush Truck Centers Chevrolet SS this weekend in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race at Kentucky Raceway in Sparta, Kentucky. To commemorate the No. 14 sponsorship, all 106 Rush Truck Centers locations will offer a 14 percent discount up to $150 on parts, service labor and racing merchandise through Monday, June 30 and will feature an exclusive new line of Tony Stewart Signature Series custom truck accessories for heavy- and medium-duty trucks.

“The Tony Stewart Signature Series truck accessory kit, designed in collaboration with Stewart-Haas Racing and Tony himself was launched this year in response to customer demand for merchandise that supports the company’s sponsorship of Tony Stewart and the No. 14 team,” said Karen Konecny, vice president of marketing for Rush Enterprises.
The kit includes mud flaps, exterior decals, a travel mug, key chain and dash plate and custom floor mats that fit the Peterbilt Model 579 and the International ProStar. All accessories can be purchased separately or as a kit and will be sold through select Rush Truck Centers locations nationwide and online at RushTruckCentersRacing.com/gear.
“We have also launched a dedicated microsite, RushTruckCentersRacing.com, which serves as an online hub for Tony Stewart fans to follow Rush Truck Centers’ sponsored Sprint Cup Series races, learn more about the Tony Stewart Signature Series truck accessory kit, and obtain the latest information on promotions and discounts,” Konecny added.
To generate excitement among the social media community, Rush Truck Centers will leverage its Facebook page, Facebook.com/Rush-Truck-Centers to promote sponsored races, fan-exclusive discounts, giveaways and updates. The Kentucky race will be the third of five races featuring Rush Truck Centers on the hood of Stewart’s racecar. The No. 14 Rush Truck Centers/Mobil 1 Chevrolet made its 2014 debut earlier this year in Fontana, California in March and also ran in Richmond, Virginia in April. The Rush Truck Centers/Mobil 1 racecar will also be featured at Watkins Glen International on August 10 and Kansas Speedway on October 5.
The NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race at Kentucky begins at 7:30 p.m. EDT on Saturday, June 28 and will be broadcast live on TNT, PRN radio and Sirius XM channel 90. Stewart’s in-car audio can be found on Sirius channel 113 and XM channel 226.
As part of the sponsorship, Rush Truck Centers provides Stewart-Haas Racing trucks for all of its race teams.
