Advertising Sales Executive
The Trucker Media Group is the leading source of trucking industry news and truck driver recruitment for the long-haul trucking industry in the US, proudly serving the industry for over 30 years. In addition to TheTrucker.com, The Trucker Media Group is the publisher of The Trucker (industry-leading newspaper published twice a month for long-haul truck drivers), The Trucker Jobs Magazine (truck driver recruiting and editorial magazine published monthly) and Truckload Authority (the official publication of the Truckload Carriers Association published six times a year).
The Trucker Media Group is looking for multi-media advertising sales executive with digital and print product and services sales experience, and/or truck driver recruiting advertising sales experience.
An ideal candidate will
- be familiar with multimedia (both print and digital) products and platforms
- have an eager-to-learn personality
- be self-driven and self-motivated, and yet a team player
- have experience or knowledge of the long-haul trucking industry
- have experience in phone, digital and face-to-face sales (primarily phone and email)
- be familiar with using a CRM
- be willing to travel on limited basis
This position will work remotely and will report directly to the National Sales Manager.
