ANDERSON, Ind. — Carter LOGISTEED Express Inc. and Carter LOGISTEED Logistics LLC, formerly known as Carter Express and Carter Logistics, are announcing a brand alignment that more closely reflects their long‑standing relationship with LOGISTEED.
“This is about clarity and growth—not change to who we are,” said Jessica Warnke, president and CEO of Carter LOGISTEED. “Our leadership team, operations and culture remain exactly the same. What this alignment does is strengthen our connection to a global network while continuing to deliver the driver-focused, customer-first service Carter has always been known for.”
A New Evolution
This update marks a new chapter in the companies’ evolution while reinforcing what has remained true for decades: the same leadership, the same culture and the same commitment to drivers, employees and customers, according to a company press release.
LOGISTEED has held majority ownership of Carter Express and Carter Logistics since 2009 and full ownership since 2021. This announcement does not represent a sale or new acquisition, but rather a strategic step to align the Carter brands more closely with the global LOGISTEED organization and its expanding capabilities.
Carter LOGISTEED
Carter LOGISTEED will continue operating as a specialized transportation provider in North America, maintaining its established operational structure and leadership team. Drivers, employees and customers can expect business as usual, with no changes to pay, benefits, routes, home time, service agreements or points of contact.
“For drivers and employees, this transition reinforces long-term stability and opportunity,” the company said. “Carter LOGISTEED’s culture—built on safety, respect and strong relationships—remains unchanged, supported now by the additional resources and global reach of LOGISTEED. For customers, the alignment enhances Carter LOGISTEED’s ability to deliver reliable, high-performance transportation solutions while offering access to expanded global logistics expertise, infrastructure and supply chain capabilities.”
A Company Built on People
“Carter has always been a company built on people—our drivers, our employees and our customers,” Warnke said. “That foundation isn’t changing. If anything, this strengthens our ability to support them for the long term.”
Transition Changes
As part of this transition, the Carter Express and Carter Logistics names and logos will be retired in favor of Carter LOGISTEED, reflecting a unified global brand.
“While the name evolves, the legacy, values and commitment behind it remain firmly in place,” the company said. “This brand alignment positions Carter LOGISTEED for continued growth, expanded opportunities, and deeper integration within a global logistics network—while preserving the independent leadership and driver-first culture that define the company.”
