FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. — Fleet Advantage is celebrating its win of the Overall Data Solution of the Year category in the 2026 SupplyTech Breakthrough Awards program.

The annual awards recognize the world’s most innovative companies, technologies and solutions transforming the global supply chain and logistics industries.

OffLease Reimagined

“Fleet Advantage earned the honor for its innovative OffLease Reimagined solution, a purpose-built digital platform that modernizes and streamlines the traditionally complex lease-end asset surrender process for organization’s transportation fleets,” the company said. “Built on Microsoft Azure and Angular and integrated with Fleet Advantage’s proprietary ATLAAS (Advanced Truck Lifecycle Administrative Analytics Software), the platform centralizes inspection scheduling, condition reporting, maintenance cost estimation, and stakeholder communication into a single digital environment.”

Backbone of the American Economy

“The transportation supply chain serves as the backbone of the American economy, yet one of its most persistent inefficiencies has historically occurred at the end of the asset life cycle,” the company said. “Traditional lease-end management processes often relied on fragmented email chains, paper-based inspections, and spreadsheet-driven coordination between lessees, lessors, and finance partners. These disconnected workflows frequently extended surrender timelines beyond 90 days, resulting in additional costs and delayed fleet replacement cycles that impacted operational and financial performance.”

Recognizing this challenge as a significant opportunity for innovation, Fleet Advantage developed OffLease Reimagined to digitize and automate the entire surrender process. Through AI-assisted workflows, automated notifications, telematics-linked data validation, and real-time visibility across all stakeholders, the platform eliminates many of the manual handoffs and administrative bottlenecks that historically slowed fleet transitions and reduced operational throughput.

Making a Measurable Impact

“The measurable impact has been substantial,” the company said. “During an initial deployment with a large national retailer, OffLease Reimagined reduced average lease surrender timelines for their fleet, from 92 days to just 28 days, generating more than $10 million in avoided lease extension costs. The platform also achieved a 45% reduction in clerical errors, reached 100% adoption among initial rollout clients, and delivered improved visibility and operational efficiency for 92% of users within the first three months.”

Developed entirely in-house in just five months and three months ahead of schedule, OffLease Reimagined previously earned the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association’s (ELFA) 2025 Excellence in Innovation Award. The solution represents a major advancement in applying data-driven intelligence to a stage of the asset lifecycle that has traditionally received little attention from supply chain technology providers.

Solving Costly Operational Challenges

“OffLease Reimagined was created to solve a costly operational challenge that had long been accepted as part of the fleet leasing process,” said Brian Holland, president, CEO of Fleet Advantage. “By connecting all stakeholders through a unified digital ecosystem and leveraging real-time data intelligence, we’ve helped clients accelerate fleet transitions, improve financial agility, and eliminate millions of dollars in unnecessary costs. We’re honored to be recognized by SupplyTech Breakthrough for delivering a solution that is creating measurable value across the transportation supply chain.”
