FMCSA should go after shipper and receivers not truckers
Unfortunately they can only go after little guys
It’s call American justice

the government is cracking down on this Eld company but there are not looking into way to regulate a minimum freight charge per mile so this Eld company and drive do have to do illegal stuff to keeping there truck running so the can make end meat and keep there company operating. the government have to go after the right people the broken that are making crazy money from home wild the driver are braking night driving was to pay there bills .

why pick on truck drivers all the time. the company the shipper and receiver does the planning for the loads. sometime they over plan the load and we’re stuck trying to drive the proper hours to get to the location. some driver manager has no regards for the dot clock. all drivers went to truck driving schools to learn how to drive and get the load there safe. anything above that it’s not on the driver. go after the ones that are pushing the driver pas the government limit. PLEASE stop picking on us the drivers.

they approved them they should have done there homework . now they want to ban them they should refund the money’s and buy them

Road Star & Truck Ensure got busted. But they’ve opened new ELDs and still allow cheaters to drive cross country and back in 8 days, 1000-1200mi/day. That’s why you’re hauling cheap freight.

Like my grandfather used to say. Common sense, is not so common.Like the one driver said. You want to pick on the ELDs.But not go after ,or regulate, the brokers, for transparency. What a joke the FMCA our.So please tell us,how much kick back out the broker paying.FMCA.I wish all trucker, would just seat down for one day.No convoy, just park your tracker where it is at and not move it,for just one day.All trucker, just park where you are at and not move.July 4th 2025
