Idaho police investigating CMV crash
Idaho State Police is investigating a single Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) crash.

MINIDOKA COUNTY, Idaho – According to a media release, the Idaho State Police (ISP) reported that it is investigating a single Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) crash that occurred on Tuesday at 11:59 a.m., eastbound I84 at mile marker 211 in Heyburn.

ISP says a 1995 Freightliner, driven by a 33-year-old male from Jerome, Idaho was traveling eastbound on I-84 near mile marker 211 in the construction zone when he struck a concrete barrier blocking the eastbound lane of travel.

The driver was reportedly not injured and was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of crash.

Construction crews made an emergency lane on the right shoulder to move traffic through the area.

The crash remains under investigation.
