Challenge begins Nov. 1, 2021
Statistics from the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) show that an average of 22 U.S. military veterans commit suicide each day.
What can you do to help?
To help raise awareness by this alarming statistic, Fit to Pass is challenging all fleet carrier employees and professional CDL drivers to do 22 push-ups per day for 22 days during the month of November.
First, visit fittopass.espyr.com/22×22 to enter your pledge for the challenge.
Next, submit a video of yourself doing 22 push-ups below (FORM TO COME). There is a file size limit of 40MB per upload. If you need to reduce your files size, you may want to use this online service.
Once you complete the challenge, your name will be added to the Fit to Pass 22×22 challenge Wall of Honor.
