Chief Carriers
Enjoy the Perks of a Private Fleet!

Chief Carriers has transformed into a company with an innovative people-first culture centered on integrity, trust, and transparency so that our team has the freedom to act with courage and challenge the industry status quo to deliver a better transportation experience for our drivers and lease operators. There is no other driver-centered culture like it in the industry.

We operate primarily as a private fleet for Chief Industries, which means the miles and paychecks are steady and predictable. With only 65 trucks in our division, you get the small company family-feel with the strengths and competitive benefits only larger companies can typically offer. We are the best of both worlds!

We want your work to be personally satisfying as well as financially rewarding. So, at Chief Carriers, we’ve built the kind of work environment where you’ll feel like part of the family. We know each other here and every member of the office staff stands behind you to make sure you’re successful. That includes providing you with outstanding equipment, maintenance and safety programs—because nothing is more important than getting you home to your family safe and sound.
