FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. — Fleet Advantage, a provider of specialty financing, fleet data analytics, asset performance services and life cycle cost management, announced in early March the promotion of five key employees across multiple departments.

Jackie Dusseau, CLFP
Dusseau has moved into the role of vice president of data analytics and corporate Development. She will co-lead the Transaction Management Team, strengthening collaboration across functions alongside the vice President of portfolio and manager of the transaction management team, John Rickette, CTP, CLFP.
As part of the updated structure, Dusseau will work to enhance organizational alignment and accountability as the company continues to scale. In her expanded role, she will focus on advancing Fleet Advantage’s data-driven strategy, supporting corporate development initiatives and driving continued innovation within transaction analytics and portfolio optimization.
Matthew Wiedmeyer, CTP
Wiedmeyer, who has been a member of the Asset Performance Team for more than five years, has been promoted to senior director of asset Performance and maintenance.
Over the past year, he assumed a leadership role supporting Fleet Advantage’s maintenance partnerships, which enabled the company to provide creative solutions for customers throughout both active lease periods and off-lease transitions, according to a statement released by Fleet Advantage. Wiedmeyer works closely with longstanding partners to ensure the company consistently delivers on its commitments and exceeds customer expectations.
Wesley Hall, CTP
Hall, who has been with Fleet Advantage for more than four years, has been promoted to senior director of asset performance and off lease.
Over the past year, Hall took a leadership role supporting the company’s OffLease Reimagined solution while assisting several of its largest national accounts. His work included leading customer training initiatives, developing internal processes, onboarding new associates and ensuring a world-class customer experience.
Kirsten Babb, CTP
Over the past three years, Babb has worked closely with dealer partners, internal operations teams and customers to improve Fleet Advantage’s solution offerings, consistency of execution and overall value proposition, according to Fleet Advantage’s statement. Under her leadership, the company streamlined its pricing process and developed creative offerings designed to address customer challenges. In recognition of the progress achieved in these areas, Babb has been promoted to senior manager of asset performance and procurement.
Joseph Rugare
Rugare has been promoted to senior fleet and transaction analyst after recently celebrating his four-year anniversary with the company. As a member of the Transaction Management Team, Rugare was part of the group recognized with the 2024 Monitor Converge Equipment Finance Team Award.
“Rugare consistently demonstrates strong analytical and operational capabilities across fleet analyses, lease structuring, pricing support, data reporting, lease origination tracking and system administration while supporting key customer analyses expected to contribute to future lease origination activity,” the company statement said.
Linda Garner-Bunch has been with The Trucker since 2020, picking up the reins as managing editor in 2022.
