ISP located the semi traveling northbound near the 65 mile marker. The commercial motor vehicle was observed driving recklessly, nearly striking a guardrail.

ISP conducted a traffic stop on the truck on I-65 Northbound, just north of exit 68. During the traffic stop, Trp.
