Tenstreet’s 2026 conference will be held at the Bellagio Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas May 4-6.

Tenstreet’s eighth annual User Conference is set for May 4-6, 2026, in Las Vegas. During the three-day event, motor carriers will get a crash course on the state of the industry, discover new solutions to their business problems, network with peers in the industry and more — all at the luxurious Bellagio Hotel and Casino on the famed Las Vegas Strip.

This year’s event coincides with Tenstreet’s 20th anniversary celebration. Attendees can expect special surprises and a dedicated focus on how much has changed over the past two decades, as well as where trucking — and Tenstreet — are headed in the future.

In addition to a little Las Vegas fun, attendees will:

  • Gain unique insights into new trends in the driver market;
  • Learn to maximize Tenstreet’s top services and new products;
  • Enjoy early access to new Tenstreet features and tools;
  • Learn best practices and get tips on how to get the most out of Tenstreet;
  • Participate in breakout sessions focused on topics relevant to various segments of the industry;
  • Have a chance for one-on-one meetings with Tenstreet experts; and
  • Find lots of opportunities to network with peers.

During the conference Tenstreet’s trained experts will be available at the Help Desk to answer any questions and provide assistance.

Attendees will receive free access to Tenstreet’s latest innovations 90 days before everyone else, as well as a discount on new products once they are generally available.
