- Courtney Bloom is a communications and marketing professional whose work spans visual design, strategic branding, digital platforms, and content development. At the Women In Trucking Association, she manages key technology systems, leads signature recognition programs and directs the organization’s webinar series — while also supporting public relations initiatives and overseeing a range of creative and design projects. Before joining Women In Trucking in 2022, Bloom served as director of marketing and public relations for both the Oklahoma Rural Water Association and the Independent Insurance Agents of Oklahoma, where she built a strong foundation in nonprofit communication and deepened her passion for mission-focused organizations. Bloom holds a bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communications from Oklahoma State University and lives just outside Fort Worth, Texas. She enjoys being with her dogs, spending time with family and friends, and training at CrossFit Brock.
