I retired after 30 years and zero accidents. The industry isn’t what it used to be. I’ve heard over the years preach about a shortage of drivers. The only shortage of drivers are a shortage of quality and qualified drivers. Until the Feds come up with better training guidelines for schools and who trains new drivers, the industry will continue to go down the drain.

That statement is 100% true and when this industry go down America will be in a really bad place. I have been driving 28 years and the government is still trying to put more restrictions on truck companies.
