One person is dead after an Arkansas crash with a semi truck.

WHITE COUNTY, Ark. — One person is dead after a collision with a semi truck in Arkansas.

According to a fatal crash summary from the Arkansas State Police (ASP), the driver of a Nissan Sentra identified as Clayton Robert Coe Davis, 22, of McRae, Ark. was driving east on Blue Hole Road in rural White County, Ark. when he was struck by an International semi going northbound on State Highway 267.

The crash occurred Friday morning at approximately 7:45 a.m.

ASP stated in its report that the crash caused the car to overturn while leaving the roadway.

Weather conditions at the time of the crash were reportedly clear and road conditions were dry.
