A woman was injured after semi truck runs stop sign in Missouri.

BARRY COUNTY, Mo. — Missouri authorities are looking into a crash that occurred early Monday morning.

According to a report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP), a 2014 Dodge Ram pickup truck suffered extensive damage and the driver, a 39-year-old woman from Stark City, Mo. suffered moderate injuries when a 2005 Freightliner driven by a 60-year-old male from Princeton, Texas ran a stop sign driving into the path of the pickup truck which struck the driver’s side of the semi truck.

The pickup truck was traveling eastbound approaching the intersection of Route A and State Highway 86 and was hit by the southbound Ram.

The woman was transported by ambulance to a Joplin hospital.
